The entire database of different manufacturers' key blank numbers is searched when finding matches to the number entered. You don't even have to know who's part number it is.​

• Search Options

You choose whether to search for numbers that begin with, contain, or exactly match the number you are looking for.  This helps you broaden or narrow your search depending on your needs and knowledge of the exact format or syntax of the given part number.​

• Other Search Options

When you don't know part number, you can enter the description, for example "Master" in the search box, select the "Description" button and then click find. Alternatively, you may wish to search by application notes, for example "Canopy".  You can edit this box and search on it again in the future.​

• Pricing

There is Pricing feature that comes pre-loaded with the ILCO price groups and your suggested dealer cost per blank.  This is only a guideline since the cost is based on the "standard" blank and does not account for Bulk Pack pricing.  you can edit the cost and the Cut Price so that when the key blank information is displayed, you can be alerted to high cost blanks for which you should be charging more.  Especially helpful to a less experienced employee who has not yet learned which old and odd keys cost you $3.00 or $4.00 per blank!

• Grid View, Edit and Add

The "Grid View" tab displays the found set of key blank information in a spreadsheet type format and shows all the information in the database. You can sort a column by double clicking on the header which would allow you to group all the keys of a give manufacturer, for example Axxess.  You can also drag columns to compare two side by side if desired.  Once you select a row by clicking on it, you can go back the first tab and this information will be displayed there.  Grid View is also were you can edit fields that are read only in the main "Find Keys" tab, as well as add new records.
